Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the date the contract is formed.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your statement in time is sufficient.

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise and without a reimbursement fee. Where you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you owe proportionate compensation for checks already performed at the per-check price shown before ordering, capped at the amount paid for the affected purchase.

At your express request, we begin before the withdrawal period ends. For a single check, the right expires only on full performance where you expressly consented before performance and acknowledged the consequence. If delivery fails, the right continues.

For subscriptions, the right does not expire merely because the plan starts immediately. A timely withdrawal ends the plan immediately. Included checks already used are charged at the displayed per-check price and the unused part of the first plan payment is refunded. The same rule applies to top-ups: used checks are charged at the unit price and unused checks are refunded. Once every check from a top-up purchase has been used, the service is fully performed and the right expires where the statutory conditions are met.

You can also withdraw from a contract online while the right remains available. We immediately confirm the content, date, and time by email.
